The Sandpiper 316BHT Fifth Wheel by Forest River is a great travel trailer for traveling around with your family. The Sandpiper 316BHT Fifth Wheel is a unique trailer with three slide outs. In the main living area there is a large slide out with dinette and sofa with over head cabinets above the sofa. The kitchen has a large double sink with covers, 3-burner ranger, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator with a top freezer and lower refrigerator, cabinets above the sink, and drawers located below the sink. There is a large storage cabinet next to the exterior door. The entertainment center has a large LCD TV, radio, cabinets below the TV and additional cabinets above the TV.

In the rear of the trailer there is set of bunk beds in the rear slide out with a Trundle beds under bunks. There is also an enclosed room with a toilet, with a sink and linen closet along the wall and storage drawers and medicine cabinet. The entertainment center has cabinets above and below for even more storage.
In the front of the trailer there is the main bathroom area with a toilet in an enclosed room with the large angled shower on the opposite with and sink and medicine cabinet on the other wall. The King Bed (in place of the standard queen bed) slides out in the large slide
