This is the first Exclusive look at the all new Sandpiper 35LOFT TreeHouse Fifth Wheel Camper by Forest River. This is a perfect trailer for a family with kids. The kitchen area and front of the trailer is setup for the adults, with a large U-Shaped Dinette booth, plenty of lower and upper storage cabinets, and entertainment center. In the front of the trailer there is a bed in a slide out that opens to allow access to the dresser drawers and mirrored sliding closet doors. The enclosed front bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, and medicine cabinet.

In the rear of the trailer is where the excitement happens for the kids. There is a slide out with a couch, half bath with a toilet, and outside door. This outside door allows people to access the bathroom without tracking through the trailer. There is a ladder that allows access to the TreeHouse part of the Sandpiper above.

There is a set of steps that allow access up to the TreeHouse with a wooden ladder to get up into the TreeHouse section. There is carpet and padding so it is comfortable for the kids. There are two storage cabinets so the kids can store close and toys. On the wall there are a few peak holes so the kids can keep and eye on the rest of the trailer.

The Sandpiper 345RLG Fifth Wheel by Forest River is a great fifth wheel for traveling around. Entering the door there is a kitchen area to the left with a oven, 3-burner range, double sink, microwave, over head cabinets, and lower storage drawers. On the opposite wall there is a large double door refrigerator and storage cabinets as a pantry.

In the large slide out there is a free standing dinette with four chairs. Next to that there is a sofa with overhead cabinets. In the rear of the trailer there are two recliner chairs. In the smaller slide out on the opposite side there is an entertainment center with a fireplace, flat screen TV, radio, DVD player, and storage cabinets.

Up a few steps towards the front of the trailer there is an enclosed bathroom with a neo angle shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinets. There is also an addition door directly to the front bedroom. The queen bed is in a slide out, when opened there is access to the drawers and wardrobe storage. In the front there is two mirrored sliding doors there is a  shelf on each side with a storage for hanging clothes.

The Sandpiper 316BHT Fifth Wheel by Forest River is a great travel trailer for traveling around with your family. The Sandpiper 316BHT Fifth Wheel is a unique trailer with three slide outs. In the main living area there is a large slide out with dinette and sofa with over head cabinets above the sofa. The kitchen has a large double sink with covers, 3-burner ranger, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator with a top freezer and lower refrigerator, cabinets above the sink, and drawers located below the sink.  There is a large storage cabinet next to the exterior door. The entertainment center has a large LCD TV, radio, cabinets below the TV and additional cabinets above the TV.

In the rear of the trailer there is set of bunk beds in the rear slide out with a Trundle beds under bunks. There is also an enclosed room with a toilet, with a sink and linen closet along the wall and storage drawers and medicine cabinet. The entertainment center has cabinets above and below for even more storage.

In the front of the trailer there is the main bathroom area with a toilet in an enclosed room with the large angled shower on the opposite with and sink and medicine cabinet on the other wall. The King Bed (in place of the standard queen bed) slides out in the large slide

The Sandpiper 345RET is a very popular 5th wheel. After entering the door and opening the two large slide outs in the living area, everyone will be surprised at the amount of floor place available. The kitchen is L-Shaped with a double sink and over head cabinets. On the outside wall there is the range, pantry, large refrigerator, a bar and large sofa, all in the largest slide out around. Forest River’s Sandpiper division just released a new 5th Wheel floor plan, the 356RL. With three slide outs, this trailer will give you plenty of room during your relaxing getaways. The kitchen island with a double sink will give you extra room to make meals along with the over head cabinets and large refrigerator to store you items.

There are two chairs and a option for a Free Standing Dinette with four chairs in one slide out. In the rear of the 356RL there is a sofa. All having a nice view of the fireplace in the second large slide out.

Up the steps towards the front of the Fifth Wheel you will find an enclosed restroom with a shower and and sink inside. The sleeping area has an option for a King Bed and plenty of storage and wardrobe for your needs.
